Conditions: Cool to cold 43-32, windy NE, Mostly sunny
Nothing at Rock. Didn't bother with Bulldog because of the wind. No natives at Platte/Sullivan. Thought maybe I saw a couple of bait fish. Didn't catch anything. Looks like this windy cool weather is going to be around for a while.
