Conditions- Sunny with a light to moderate wind out of the South. Storms on the Western Horizon
I was the second person to arrive at the GOMH, and the NE was taken. I tried the NW and SW sides, nothing. I then went to the Culvert with my mind set on going to "the juice" first thing with a Horny Toad. I got a 14.25" on my first cast. A 17.25" on my second cast. And a 15.5" on about my 6th cast. That was it. I fished the Inlet, no current no fish. And that was my morning.
